Terms and Conditions DEPOSIT: A minimum deposit of 1/3 of the total bill is required at the time the contract is signed.
CONFIRMATION: Confirmation of a booking must be made within 14 days of the original reservation. The Management of My Catering Company.com reserves the right to cancel the booking and allocate the time to another client if confirmation is not received.
FINAL NUMBERS: The Client has the right to reduced the contract's headcount by ten percent (10%) fifteen days prior to the event if needed. Otherwise the contract amount will be the minimum amount of guests guaranteed by the client. Once the contact is signed the 1/3 deposit will be considered non-refundable.
PRICE: Prices are subject to change but are firm from payment of a deposit for a period of 12 months.
MENU: Details must be finalized at least 60 days prior to the function so that our chefs can assure the quality and availability of food.
CREDIT ACCOUNTS: All charges are payable upon the receipt of invoice. Failure to do so within fourteen (14) days, would imply that the applying company agrees to pay costs of a collection agency or a solicitor for recovery.
CANCELLATION: In case of cancellation My Catering Company.com will refund any and all amounts with the exception of 1/3 of the total contract. Any events cancelled within seven (7) days prior to the event, 50% of the total bill will due.
CUSTOMER: Customer agrees to follow the rules and regulations set forth by the Health Department of the City of Houston. Food will only be served to customers for a period of two (2) hours, after the two hours customer acknowledges that any left over food will be destroyed to avoid any illness due to food contamination for lack of temperature control.
PERSONNEL: The staff will assist you with any need that arises in your event, however, the primary job of the serving staff is food catering. We will require one hour for Setup and One Hour for break down. Please consider this aside from the actual party time. The basic rate for our staff is Thirty Dollars per hour.
CLEANING: General cleaning is included in the cost of the function. If cleaning requirements following your function are judged to be excessive, additional cleaning charges will be incurred.
OTHER: When alcohol is served everyone in the facility must adhered to the guidelines set by the Texas Alcohol and Beverage Commission (TABC). It is the responsibility of each customer to review these guidelines on their own. My Catering Company.com will not be held responsible for reckless drinking and any results of such drinking. This is the sole responsibility of the customer.
