Our company was created a long time ago, recently incorporated in the State of Texas as a Limited Liability Company.  The combined experience of our chefs exceeds over 30 years in the kitchen working in some of the best places in this country.

The idea of creating a My Catering Company.com near downtown Houston was to enable us to serve more effectively since any point in the city is easily accessible.

Chef Loyola:

Has over 22 years in the preparation of exquisite cuisine.  Chef Loyola's experience include working in one of the most exclusive steak houses in Houston, Texas, well known in to many big names in the oil and gas industry,  Lynn's Steak House.   The Double Tree Galleria Hotel is also one of the places Chef's Loyola made his mark and gain a great deal of his experience.  While working in one of the best Italian restaurants in Houston, Chef Loyola excelled in the creation of Italian cuisine at Carmelo's Italian Restaurant.

Sous Chef Mancera:

Chef Loyola's protégé.  Sous Chef Mancera has risen to the occasion.  Having worked at Lynn's Steakhouse and Magic Island for sometime, he brings a great deal of expertise to My Catering Company, expertise in catering multiple and large event simultaneously.   He has worked with Chef Loyola for the past 4 years and has a promising future with our company.

Frank J. Serrano

Our General Manager who has been instrumental in the success of My Catering Company.com.  His business expertise of over 20 years in business management and finance have been invaluable in propelling this company forward.  Left the oil industry to pursue an entrepreneurial career with the support of family.
